Delivery Overview
Caviar Julian delivers throughout the United Kingdom.
Standard delivery is complimentary on caviar orders over £200. This applies to mainland UK addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may require additional arrangements. Please contact us in advance to discuss availability and timing.
Orders are despatched Monday to Thursday via specialist courier to maintain product integrity.
For next working day delivery, orders must be placed no later than 2pm.
Same day delivery may be available within selected areas and is subject to a £50 surcharge. Please contact us directly to confirm eligibility before ordering.
Due to the perishable nature of caviar, orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday will be scheduled for delivery the following Tuesday, unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed in advance.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on courier performance.
Packaging and Temperature Control
Caviar is packed in insulated containers with appropriate cooling materials to maintain safe transit temperatures. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the confirmed date.
Once delivered to the address provided, responsibility for appropriate refrigeration transfers to the recipient.
Damages and Delivery Issues
Upon receipt, items should be inspected promptly.
If there is visible damage to the outer packaging, the courier should be notified at the time of delivery where possible.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, including damage, temperature concerns, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the packaging and contents may be requested to allow proper assessment.
We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, arrange replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of caviar, returns cannot be accepted once goods have been delivered, except in cases where the product is faulty or not as described.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
